Job Description

Telecaller / Collection Executive

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹15,000 fixed per month + Incentives

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate – Candidates from all backgrounds can apply

  • Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and collections.
  • Follow up with customers for timely payment and outstanding dues.
  • Communicate payment details and resolve basic customer queries.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
  • Achieve assigned collection and follow-up targets.
  • Coordinate with the concerned team regarding payment-related issues.
  • Handle customers professionally and maintain a positive communication approach.
  • Requirements:Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good verbal communication skills in Telugu/Hindi/English will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
  • Comfortable making regular outbound calls and following up with customers.
  • Target-oriented and confident in handling customer conversations.
  • Willingness to work as a Collection Executive on Call.
