Job Description
- Outbound Calling: Contact potential leads from a provided database to introduce products, explain offerings, and pitch sales.
- Inbound & Query Handling: Answer incoming calls, address customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate product information.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Qualify leads, set up appointments for sales teams, and perform regular follow-up calls to nurture prospect interest.
- Data & CRM Management: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and sales outcomes into the company's database.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily or monthly KPIs such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales quotas.
