About the Role

Newstar Educational Services is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with prospective students, explain our educational programs, and assist them with admissions. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Explain courses, admission process, and fee details clearly.

Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.

Handle inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.

Update call records and lead status in the system.

Coordinate with the admissions team for student conversions.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate.

Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
