Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Make outbound cold or warm calls using data provided from digital marketing campaigns, housing portals, and databases.
- Project Pitching: Explain property features, pricing, configurations (1BHK/2BHK/villas), and location advantages clearly to callers.
- Site Visit Coordination: Persuade qualified clients to visit properties and book face-to-face site meetings with field sales agents.
- Query Resolution: Answer basic questions regarding project approvals, builder background, payment plans, and bank loans.
- CRM Updates: Log call outcomes, notes, and lead statuses accurately into customer relationship management software.
- Follow-up Management: Nurture existing leads through systematic follow-up calls to move prospects down the sales funnel.
