Telecaller

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain project details and property benefits to clients & marketing team
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Schedule site visits for potential buyers.
• Update customer information and call records in CRM/Excel.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and convincing skills.
• Experience & Freshers with good communication skills in telecalling , customer support, or sales is preferred.
