Job Title: Telecaller – Abhinav TVS

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to handle customer calls, follow up on sales enquiries, schedule service appointments, and provide information about vehicles, offers, and dealership services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Follow up on sales leads and service appointments.
  • Inform customers about offers, promotions, and new models.
  • Maintain customer records and call reports.
  • Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
