Job Description:

Job Title: Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to make outbound calls and handle inbound calls.

The role involves explaining products and services maintaining customer relationships

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound call potential customer

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries

Explain company products/services clearly

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain call and customer records

Meet daily and monthly calling targets

Qualification:

12th pass (Intermediate) mandatory

Any stream

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Telugu preferred; Hindi/English added advantage)

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
