Job Overview


Kokila Homes is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecaller to manage and convert real estate leads generated through digital campaigns, property portals, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for customer engagement and sales conversion.


Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers interested in villas, flats, and plotted developments.
  2. Contact leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, property portals, and other marketing channels.
  3. Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment objectives.
  4. Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and investment benefits effectively.
  5. Qualify leads and schedule site visits for interested prospects.
  6. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture and convert leads into bookings.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
  8. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth site visit and booking processes.
  9. Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to generate referrals and repeat business.
  11. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  12. Prepare and submit lead status reports and follow-up updates to management.
  13. Required Skills & Qualifications
  14. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling, Lead Management, or Property Sales.
  15. Strong experience in handling customer inquiries and sales follow-ups.
  16. Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English.
  17. Good understanding of real estate sales processes and customer handling.
  18. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
  19. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  20. Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent results.
