Job Overview
Kokila Homes is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecaller to manage and convert real estate leads generated through digital campaigns, property portals, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for customer engagement and sales conversion.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers interested in villas, flats, and plotted developments.
- Contact leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, property portals, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment objectives.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and investment benefits effectively.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for interested prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth site visit and booking processes.
- Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Prepare and submit lead status reports and follow-up updates to management.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling, Lead Management, or Property Sales.
- Strong experience in handling customer inquiries and sales follow-ups.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Good understanding of real estate sales processes and customer handling.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent results.
