Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and database marketing.
- Identify potential customers from corporate, educational, government, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.
- Fix appointments and arrange meetings for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects.
- Present company products and services over phone, email, and online meetings.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and procurement teams for customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
