Job Title : Technical Support Representative (B2C)
Location: Hyderabad(On-site)
Shifts: US shifts(Rotational includes night shifts)
Immediate to 15 days Joiners only
Qualifications :
✔ Education: Graduate preferred
✔ Experience: 2–3️ years contact center experience (Telecom preferred)
✔ Good working knowledge of technology, Wi-Fi/Internet basics, and troubleshooting
✔ Strong communication & customer service skills (Voice + Chat)
✔ Ability to simplify explanations for everyday users
✔ Target-driven mindset — comfortable with service + sales expectations
✔ Knowledge of ticketing tools/CRM preferred
✔ Empathy, patience, and strong active listening
✔ Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced volume
✔ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
✔ Excellent English — near native or C1️ proficiency
