Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues.
• Support senior engineers during project execution and site inspections.
• Read and understand basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain service reports, installation records, and daily work logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely project completion.
• Handle field visits and customer support when required.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
