Eligibility Criteria

Intermediate (12th Pass) or Any Degree

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Willingness to travel and work at different locations as required

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support to MedPlus stores, warehouses, and offices.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and system checks.

Monitor and maintain IT assets and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Maintain accurate records of service requests, issue resolutions, and equipment status.

Ensure minimal downtime by responding promptly to technical support requirements.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and peripheral devices.

Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage field assignments effectively.

Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving license will have an added advantage.
