Data Migration Engineer – Snowflake to Databricks (Pointers)
•    Experience in migrating data from Snowflake to Databricks
•    Strong knowledge of Snowflake schemas, SQL, stages, streams, and tasks
•    Hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Databricks SQL
•    Ability to design and execute end-to-end data migration with minimal downtime
•    Experience converting Snowflake SQL logic to Databricks SQL / PySpark
•    Build and optimise ETL / ELT pipelines in Databricks
•    Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks after migration
•    Optimise data pipelines for performance and cost
•    Knowledge of security, access control, and governance in Databricks
•    Good documentation skills for migration approach and runbooks
•    Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
