Core Responsibilities

• Goal Setting & Tracking: Translates broad strategic objectives into actionable daily or weekly tasks. Monitors team performance using key metrics and enforces deadlines.
• Task Delegation: Assigns specific duties and projects based on individual team members' strengths, skill sets, and capacity.
• Coaching & Training: Onboards new hires and provides ongoing mentorship, training, and constructive feedback to help staff advance their careers.
• Communication: Facilitates open channels of communication within the team and acts as the point of contact to report progress or issues to upper management.
