Team Leader

• Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader – Sales to manage and motivate a team and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling experience and be comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage, guide, and motivate a team of minimum 10 members.
• Drive the team towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions when required.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and follow-ups.
• Ensure proper execution of sales processes and achievement of business targets.
• Handle team-related queries and provide continuous coaching and support.
• Track sales performance and share regular reports with management.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and positive team coordination.
• Work in a highly target-oriented and incentive-based environment.

• Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a sales environment.
• Must have experience handling a team of at least 10 people.
• Telugu speaking is mandatory.
• English communication should be manageable.
• Hindi is not mandatory.
• Candidates from Banking and Automobile sectors are not eligible.
• Strong leadership, communication, follow-up, and team-management skills.
• Should be comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
