Job Description
A Customer Service Team Leader manages daily support operations, ensuring teams meet service levels and resolve complex issues.
Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of 8–12 customer service representatives
Track KPIs such as Average Handle Time (AHT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and overall team volume using CRM platforms. Generate actionable reports for senior management.
Onboard and train new hires on company products, policies, and service methodologies
Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline support and improve the overall customer journey.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in customer support or service, with prior supervisory or team-handling responsibilities.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and ticketing systems is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field
