HR & Talent Acquisition Executive – CEO’s Office 📍 Hyderabad | 🏢 Work From Office | 👤 Reports Directly to CEO & Founder

🔥 About the Role :

We’re looking for a confident, pleasant, presentable, and energetic HR professional who wants to do more than a conventional HR desk job.

You’ll work directly with the CEO & Founder and play an active role in building teams, hiring talent, supporting business initiatives and contributing to our growing EdTech activities.

This is a hands-on startup role — fast-paced, dynamic and execution-focused.

• 💼 What You’ll DoHandle end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment.
• Source, screen, interview and coordinate candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Work closely with the CEO on team building and hiring initiatives.
• Support employee onboarding and basic HR operations.
• Assist the CEO with business support, meetings, events and special assignments.
• Support EdTech promotions, college outreach and student engagement.
• Participate in recruitment drives, client interactions and business activities.
• Travel whenever required for business needs.

• Comfortable taking ownership beyond a traditional HR role.
• Willingness to support the CEO with business meetings, events, client interactions, travel and special assignments whenever required.
