Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Assign routes to delivery personnel, monitor attendance, and provide on-the-job training and performance evaluations.
- Logistics & Routing: Plan and adjust delivery schedules based on volume, traffic conditions, and priority, utilizing GPS tracking and delivery management systems.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all packages are handled safely, traffic laws are obeyed, and company policies are strictly enforced.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for frontline escalations, damaged or missing items, and customer disputes.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs, inventory records, and delivery reports to identify bottlenecks and improve overall efficiency.
