Student Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

* Convert prospective enquiries into confirmed admissions through structured, result-oriented counselling.

* Proactively follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to ensure higher conversion rates.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and daily counselling activities.

* Interact with parents professionally, addressing their concerns and providing clear guidance about courses and career paths.

* Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining high ethical and counselling standards.

Required Skills:

* Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.

* Strong ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

* Basic working knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or MS Excel for data management.

* Target-driven mindset with a professional and positive attitude.

* Good interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with students and parents.
