• Welcome and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
• Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Follow company policies and store operational procedures.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with retail sales experience are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
