Job Description
A State Head for DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) acts as the primary leader for skill development projects, overseeing operations, training centers, and placements across a state. They bridge the gap between project implementing agencies and government bodies like the State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM).
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Driving project execution according to DDU-GKY guidelines and SOPs, ensuring quality training, and managing, monitoring, and evaluating (M&E) training centers.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaising with SRLM, CTSA, and government authorities while fostering employer partnerships for placements and retention. [1, 4, 5]
- Compliance & Administration: Overseeing MIS, ERP data, financial audits, and third-party assessments
- : Guiding project teams and center staff to meet targets. []
