Staff Nurse - Rehabilitation

*🏥 We’re Hiring – Staff Nurse (Wards)*

📍 Location: Jubilee hills

💼 Experience: 0–6 Years

🎓 Qualification: GNM / BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing

Salary: Depend upon Experience

🕓 Shift: Rotational shifts (For every 5 days, one week off)

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ensure safety and comfort.

* Administer drugs accurately and follow hospital medication protocols.

* Provide care for acute, chronic, and post-surgical patients.

* Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

* Support discharge planning, patient education, and family communication.

* Follow infection control and waste management protocols.

* Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and training programs.

*Skills Required:*
