Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care and support healthcare teams in delivering effective treatment. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, monitor, and record patient vital signs and medical history.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and hygiene standards are followed.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-care instructions.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. These responsibilities align with standard staff nurse duties in healthcare settings. (Interview Questions)
• QualificationsGNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Registration.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
