Responsibility 

We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer Fullstack to support the design development and evolution of modern web applications with embedded AI capabilities. The role combines strong fullstack engineering with practical AI integration scalable architecture and a client facing mindset.

The successful candidate will help deliver intelligent maintainable and secure solutions in a fastmoving product environment. 

Scope of Work

• Design develop and maintain fullstack applications with a strong focus on quality scalability and performance
• Build AI enabled features such as assistants semantic search classification extraction and content generation
• Integrate LLMs APIs and AI services into existing product and system landscapes
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend components including data flows and interfaces
• Create robust prompt agent and workflow architectures for production use cases
• Analyse existing applications identify technical debt and support refactoring and modernization
• Collaborate closely with architecture product management QA and business stakeholders
• Use AI coding agents in daily work to accelerate code analysis refactoring test generation and documentation

Must-have Skills

• Several years of experience in fullstack development with modern web technologies
• Strong knowledge of at least one common frontend framework and one modern backend stack
• Experience with API design data modelling authentication observability and deployment processes
• Practical experience with AILLM integration prompt engineering or agentic development workflows
• Strong debugging testing and code quality skills
• Structured analytical working style with high quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in client facing discussions

Nice to Have

• Handson experience with AI coding agents or similar tools
• Experience with RAG vector search embeddings or retrieval based applications
• Background in product development with a focus on automation and intelligent assistance
• Experience in regulated or data intensive environments
• Knowledge of CICD DevOps GitOps or Infrastructure as Code
• A degree in computer science mathematics physics electrical engineering or a comparable technical field relevant experience may substitute

Languages

• Fluent English required
• Good German is an advantage
