Site Supervisor – DSR Facades

Location: Hyderabad

DSR Facades is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee facade, cladding, glazing, and signage installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project managers.
• Monitor material usage, safety compliance, and site documentation.
• Prepare daily progress reports and resolve site issues.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in facade, aluminium, glazing, ACP/HPL cladding, or related construction works.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
