Site Service

1.    Adherence to the visit schedule and 100% completion within the month.

2.    Monitor the chemical dosage & consumption and ensure 100% dosage in weekends & Holidays - Timely bleed off/ blowdown & mechanical cleaning as per the design to be ensured at each site.

3.    Proper testing of parameters for Institutional & Industrial customers and report preparation, recording the abnormalities and explaining the abnormalities to the customer

4.    Ensure the availability of stock & Empty cans at the customer place and raise indent for monthly Supply from the customers.

5.    Sample collection as per schedule and 100% adherence without gaps

6.    Timely update of PO details to MIS executive, as and when required Clear communication from Site situation to office - review meetings

7.    Proper predictive maintenance and knowledge development to handle minor issues at their level thru the advice from the Technical Manager.

8.    Timely technical support from the Technical Manager for major issue resolutions and meeting with the customers.

9.    To identify opportunities for business other than the cooling tower/ Boiler chemicals and service (Softener/ RO/ DM Plants)

10.Collaborate with the manpower and 3^rd party contract employees at customer place for smooth running of CT / Boiler systems

11.For taking leaves, information should be before 2 days to the BDM

12.Safety practices are to be followed in the sites and PPE are mandatory

13.Professional appearance during site visit and office meetings: Formal dress, tuck in, combed hair & trimmed beard
