We are looking for an experienced Electrical Shift Supervisor to oversee shift operations, ensure maximum uptime of electrical systems, and lead a team of electricians.

​Experience: 8–10 years

​Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• ​Key Responsibilities:​Manage and allocate tasks to the shift electrical team.
• ​Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, and UPS systems.
• ​Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• ​Prepare daily shift reports and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Final salary placement is dependent upon the candidate's technical expertise, hands-on field experience, troubleshooting skills, and MEP systems knowledge. Additionally, leadership attributes, communication skills, safety compliance, productivity, and performance during the interview process will dictate the final offer.
