Himajal Water Solutions is a leading company specializing in water purifiers, water conditioners, water softeners, and commercial water treatment solutions. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Engineer Supervisor to lead our service operations, manage the technical team, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the CRM Executive and Service Technicians.

Possess strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems, including water purifiers, water conditioners, softeners, and commercial plants.

Allocate, monitor, and ensure timely completion of daily service calls and installations.

Guide, train, and mentor technicians to improve their technical knowledge, productivity, and service quality.

Monitor technicians' performance through regular field visits and provide constructive feedback.

Motivate and encourage the service team to achieve performance targets and maintain discipline.

Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with customers, CRM executives, and technicians to ensure smooth service operations.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports, including technician performance, service completion, pending complaints, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure adherence to company service standards, safety procedures, and response timelines.

Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

Male candidates only.

Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) or any relevant field.

Minimum 4–7 years of experience in service management, technical support, or field operations.

Strong technical understanding of water treatment equipment and plumbing systems.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle customer escalations with confidence and professionalism.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and service/CRM software is preferred.

Language Requirements

Mandatory: Telugu, Hindi, and English

Preferred: Tamil or Kannada
