Service Engineer

Hiring: Service Engineer – Installation & After Sales Support

Multiple Locations at: Karnataka, AP, Telangana, Haryana, Punjab & MP

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Graduation (Mechanical / Electrical Preferred)

Experience: 1 to 3 Yrs exp in Rice Milling Equipment, Color Sorters, Packaging Machines & Food Processing Equipment.

Candidates with experience in Color Sorters, Packaging Machines, Food Processing Equipment, Rice Milling Equipment, Capital Goods, Industrial Machinery, or Automation Equipment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

-Installation, commissioning, and handover of industrial machinery at customer sites.

-Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs.

-Handle warranty and non-warranty service support.

-Identify spare parts requirements, generate service reports, and support revenue generation through service activities.

-Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.

-Coordinate with internal teams for technical support and business opportunity generation.

-Maintain service documentation and comply with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills:

-Installation & Commissioning of Industrial Machinery

-Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical & Electronic Components

-Spare Parts Identification & Service Reporting

-CRM, Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
