About the Role:

We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial air compressors. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer sites, attending service calls, resolving breakdowns, supporting preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance of air compressors.
• Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance of screw compressors and piston compressors.
• Check and replace compressor spares such as filters, oil, belts, valves, pressure switches, contactors, sensors, etc.
• Identify compressor problems and suggest suitable repair or replacement solutions.
• Coordinate with customers for service schedules, AMC visits, and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper service reports, spare parts usage records, and customer feedback.
• Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for spares, service, AMC, or compressor replacement.
• Ensure timely response to customer complaints and maintain good customer relationships.
• Follow safety practices while working at industrial sites.

Candidate Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
• Experience in air compressors, industrial machinery, motors, pumps, generators, or electrical maintenance will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read pressure, temperature, voltage, and current readings.
• Willingness to travel daily for field service calls.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
• Good communication skills in Telugu/Hindi. Basic English preferred.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Experience:

• 1–5 years of experience in servicing air compressors or industrial equipment.
• Freshers with technical background and willingness to learn may also apply.
