Job Description
Lead Generation & Conversion: Dial outbound calls to prospective clients, present our services/products effectively, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Sales Pitching: Deliver engaging and persuasive sales pitches tailored to the customer’s needs.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales/calling targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers by handling inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
Market Analysis & Feedback: Keep track of customer feedback, analyze market trends based on interactions, and share insights with the marketing/sales team to refine approaches.
Data Management: Accurate logging of call details, customer updates, and follow-up schedules in the CRM/database.
