Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to manage sales enquiries, develop client relationships, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, CRM, and other channels.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate pricing, and follow up on payments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with production, accounts, and management to ensure smooth order processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience in lead management, CRM, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to handle high-value enquiries and professional clients.
• Target-oriented, confident, organized, and accountable.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic computer applications.

Preferred Candidate: Female candidates with a proven sales track record and professional communication skills.
