Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline:


A qualification in business or marketing is preferred.

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales of sanitaryware, sanitation products, plumbing materials, or building materials.
  • Experience in dealer and distributor management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and sales reporting tools.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly and annual sales target achievement.
  • New dealer and distributor appointments.
  • Number of new customers and project leads generated.
  • Order conversion and repeat business.
  • Timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Customer retention and territory development.
  • Regularity and accuracy of sales reporting.
