Senior Platform Engineer Junior (Architect)

Required Qualifications • 7-10 years of enterprise Unified Communications engineering experience. • Expert-level proficiency with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP trunking, and Oracle SBC. • Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing. • Advanced understanding of VoIP fundamentals (RTP, SRTP, codecs, QoS). • Strong SIP ladder analysis and call flow troubleshooting capability. • Experience managing TLS/SRTP encryption and certificate lifecycle. • Experience with SSO and identity integrations. • Strong understanding of ITIL change management and CAB processes. • Experience operating within regulated financial services environments. • Working knowledge of Python and Ansible for automation alignment. • Experience developing and deploying solutions with Microsoft Power Platform. Key Responsibilities • Provide advanced L3/L4 engineering support across Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, Unity Connection, CER). • Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management initiatives. • Design and validate dial plan architecture, call routing logic, and redundancy models. • Engineer and optimize Oracle SBC configurations and SIP trunk integrations. • Support and validate Microsoft Teams Direct Routing integrations. • Manage TLS/SRTP encryption and certificate lifecycle management. • Implement and support SSO and identity integrations with enterprise authentication platforms. • Support network-level troubleshooting including QoS, RTP flows, and call quality diagnostics. • Review and approve production-impacting configuration changes. • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery design validation. • Collaborate with automation engineers to modernize operational workflows.
