Key Responsibilities

• Sell life & health insurance products to customers
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain records of sales and follow-ups
• Stay updated with insurance products and market trends

Eligibility

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Insurance Sales
• Experience in Life & Health Insurance is mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to handle clients independently
