Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Employee engagement and HR operations
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)
- Performance management and employee relations
- HR documentation and MIS reporting
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
- 3–6 years of HR experience (Jewellery/Retail experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes
