Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. The role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into impactful visual communications.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Creative Design

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs aligned with Suchirindia’s brand guidelines.
• Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, standees, project presentations, and advertisements.
• Design visual assets for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.

Digital Marketing Creatives

• Create engaging social media posts, campaign creatives, display ads, email templates, and website banners.
• Design graphics for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize creative performance.

Print & Outdoor Media

• Design hoardings, newspaper advertisements, event branding materials, and promotional merchandise.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production quality.

Video & Motion Graphics Support

• Create basic motion graphics, animated social media posts, and video thumbnails.
• Assist in editing promotional videos and project walkthrough content when required.

Website & Presentation Design

• Design website graphics, landing page visuals, icons, and user interface elements.
• Develop professional presentations for sales, investor meetings, and corporate communications.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand design requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is an advantage.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
