Senior Data Analyst - Audit Analytics

 Roles & responsibilities 
Collaborate with technology team and support the development of data analytical models with effective use of data analytic techniques; provide the model results and insights to the business team
Ability to build end-to-end data solutions from analysis, mapping, profiling, and data modeling 
Strong knowledge around relational and dimensional data modelling concepts, data architecture, database structures.  
Ability to develop logical and physical data flow models 
Contribute to Systems of Quality Control with Data Quality measurement of key Audit processes
Create a prioritized backlog of known data quality issues impacting Audit

Experience working with unstructured data is added advantage 
Experience in creating strategic plans and translating business needs into concrete data-driven initiatives and specific actions, to include strategic roadmaps, project outlines, detailed action plans
Implement firm data policies and procedures to ensure data quality and reduce discrepancies 
Experience working on Azure cloud Data lake is added advantage
Lead / participate in firm’s strategic initiatives and/or corporate social responsibility programs
Drive ideas related to efficiencies, compliance and projects 
Sound understanding of various internal frameworks and guidelines; ensuring adherence of self and team

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Ability to handle big data using various technologies like Data Bricks, Pyspark, work experience on Cloud, 
AI integrated platforms, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing and understanding such tools
Proficiency in Audit and accounting for various industries and risk assessment procedures.

 

 

 
Educational qualifications 
B.Tech/ MCA/ MBA with prior audit analytics experience/ Data products experience

B.Tech+ MBA preferred

Work experience
4-6 years of relevant work experience
