Senior Executive - Operational Excellence

Roles and Responsibility:

Continuous Improvement Leadership

• Lead and promote Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and other Operational Excellence initiatives.

• Develop and execute the plant Operational Excellence roadmap.

• Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all manufacturing functions.

Productivity and Efficiency Improvement

• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Identify and implement productivity enhancement opportunities.
• Optimize manpower utilization and process efficiency.
• Reduce cycle time, changeover time, and production losses.

Performance Management

• Establish KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Monitor plant performance metrics.
• Present performance reviews to plant leadership.

Lean Manufacturing Deployment

• Implement Lean tools such as: 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Visual Management, Standard Work
• Ensure sustainability of Lean initiatives.

Digital Manufacturing and Analytics

• Utilize data analytics for decision making.
• Drive Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop manufacturing dashboards and automated reporting systems.
• Promote data-driven performance improvement.

Governance and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
• Support EHS, Quality, and Regulatory compliance requirements.
• Conduct operational audits and maturity assessments.
• Ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.

Role Specific Skills & Experience :

• 3-5 Years hands-on relevant experience
• Graduation in any specialization
