Executive Assistant to Leadership


Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 4–8 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination of executive activities, managing priorities effectively, and maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
  • Track key action items and ensure timely follow-ups across teams.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Support leadership in planning, scheduling, and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Manage office administration and executive correspondence when required.
  • Organize events, leadership meetings, and business engagements.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve operational challenges.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
