Executive Assistant to Leadership
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 4–8 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination of executive activities, managing priorities effectively, and maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
- Track key action items and ensure timely follow-ups across teams.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Support leadership in planning, scheduling, and executing strategic initiatives.
- Manage office administration and executive correspondence when required.
- Organize events, leadership meetings, and business engagements.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve operational challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
