Role Overview:

A Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and managing construction and infrastructure projects such as roads, buildings, bridges, and water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction projects
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with standards
• Lead and guide junior engineers and site teams
• Conduct site inspections and solve technical issues
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government authorities
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/BE)
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
• Good leadership and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Project management experience
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
