Security Supervisor

Job Title:

Location: Bachupally , Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time / Day Shift

Salary: ₹22000 per month + benefits

• Job Responsibilities:Supervise and manage a team of 10 Security Guards at the site.
• Monitor MyGate app operations — visitor entries, staff attendance, and gate logs.
• Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping related to site operations.
• Maintain attendance sheets, shift rosters, and employee registers.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
• Conduct regular briefings and inspections to ensure discipline and alertness.
• Support the site team in administrative work and client communication.
• Ensure compliance with all security and safety procedures within the premises.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and replacements.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in Security / Facility Management.
• MyGate app knowledge (mandatory).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with leadership qualities.
• Physically fit and capable of managing site operations independently.
