Security Manager

Role Description:

Nipoon Services is looking for an experienced Security Manager to lead and manage security operations across multiple client locations. The candidate will be responsible for manpower deployment, client relationship management, operational excellence, training & development, risk management, and overall service delivery of security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage end-to-end security operations across multiple client sites.

·        Ensure optimum deployment and utilization of security manpower as per contractual requirements.

·        Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and operational reviews to maintain service standards.

·        Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, post orders, and emergency response procedures.

·        Ensure effective access control, visitor management, material movement control, and asset protection.

·        Monitor and improve overall security performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.

·        Conduct client meetings, review operational requirements, and resolve escalations promptly.

·        Plan and execute security training programs, induction sessions, refresher training, and mock drills.

·        Ensure proper grooming, discipline, attendance, and professional conduct of security personnel.

·        Investigate incidents, security breaches, thefts, and accidents; submit detailed reports with corrective actions.

·        Prepare MIS reports, operational reports, manpower reports, and monthly review presentations.

·        Maintain liaison with local authorities, police departments, fire services, and regulatory agencies when required.

·       Support business growth through operational excellence and client retention.
