Job Description
- Access ControlVerify identity cards, visitor passes, and authorization documents.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain visitor management records and gate registers.
- Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Security SurveillanceConduct regular patrols of assigned areas.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities.
- Check doors, windows, emergency exits, and access points.
- Ensure security equipment is functioning properly.
- Asset ProtectionMonitor movement of company assets and materials.
- Verify gate passes and authorization for outgoing materials.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, vandalism, and unauthorized removal of assets.
- Emergency ResponseRespond promptly to emergencies, alarms, accidents, and incidents.
- Assist in evacuation during fire, medical emergencies, or other crises.
- Coordinate with emergency services when required.
- Report all incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Safety ComplianceEnforce company safety and security policies.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions.
- Support fire safety inspections and emergency drills.
- Ensure emergency exits remain unobstructed.
- Customer Service & Professional ConductGreet visitors courteously and provide directions when required.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Assist employees and visitors with security-related queries.
- Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily occurrence reports and security logs.
- Record incidents, accidents, visitor details, and unusual activities.
- Submit shift handover reports accurately and timely.
- Escalate security concerns to the supervisor.
