Core Responsibilities Drive Sales & Distribution for Airtel Payments Bank Merchant Products - QR Code, Sound BoxLead and mentor a team of field executives to achieve daily onboarding targetsManage Merchant Current Account openings and grow the overall merchant ecosystemField work: Visit markets, retailers, and high-footfall areas to onboard new merchantsAchieve targets for QR activations, Sound Box installations, and CA account openings

3. RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3 years in Merchant Sales, Fintech, or Sales & DistributionExpertise: Solid knowledge of QR/Sound Box onboarding and Current Account verticalsLeadership: Strong team management and field leadership skillsLocal knowledge: Deep understanding of your assigned district/territory2-wheeler mandatory for field visits
