Position: Sales Support Executive

Department: Sales

Location: Kondapur, HYD


Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive / Telecaller to support business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and relationship management. The role involves interacting with vendors, channel partners, and customers, generating business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth through effective communication and follow-up.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-up activities.
  • Connect and maintain relationships with vendors, channel partners, and prospective customers.
  • Conduct cold calling to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the field sales team for lead conversion.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Support the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of business opportunities.

Relationship Management

  • Act as a point of contact for vendors, channel partners, and customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.


Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Good relationship management and follow-up skills.
  • Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
