Job Description
Receive and respond to customer calls and enquiries professionally.
Coordinate with customers regarding service requests, complaints, and requirements.
Assign service calls to the appropriate technical/service team.
Follow up with technicians regarding the status of assigned service calls.
Update customers about service schedules and call status.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales leads.
Maintain records of customer enquiries, service calls, follow-ups, and pending requirements.
Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, payments, and other business requirements.
Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure timely responses.
Handle WhatsApp messages, emails, and other customer communications.
Maintain proper daily reports and follow-up records.
Perform general front office and administrative coordination activities.
