Sales Quotation Specialist

Urgent Requirement of a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Quotation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and experience in preparing quotations, estimations, cost sheets, and commercial proposals for customers* . Candidates with *1–2 years* of experience are preferred. Applicants from the *Facility Management Industry* with relevant commercial estimation experience will be given preference.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Prepare accurate quotations, estimations, and cost sheets based on customer requirements.

2. Analyze project specifications and calculate material, labor, and overhead costs.

3. Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, and Technical teams to obtain pricing and technical inputs.

4. Prepare commercial offers, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and price comparisons.

5. Maintain quotation records, costing databases, and customer documentation.

6. Assist the Accounts department with invoicing, documentation, and commercial correspondence.

7. Update and maintain Excel-based MIS reports, costing sheets, and sales trackers.

8. Follow up on quotation revisions and customer approvals.

9. Ensure accuracy in pricing and compliance with company policies.

*Required Skills*

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, data analysis, formatting, and reporting).

2. Good knowledge of quotation preparation, cost estimation, and commercial documentation.

3. Basic understanding of accounting principles and documentation.

4. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

5. Good written and verbal communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

7. High attention to detail and accuracy.

*Preferred Qualifications*

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

2. 1–2 years of experience in Accounts, Quotation, Estimation, or Commercial Operations.

3. Candidates from the Facility Management, MEP, Electrical Contracting, Industrial Automation Industries are preferred.

4. Experience with ERP/accounting software (such as Tally, Busy, SAP, or similar) will be an added advantage.
