We're Hiring – Sales & Marketing Executive (Solar Industry)

• Position: Sales & Marketing ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell solar rooftop systems, batteries, inverters, EV chargers, and other solar products.
• Handle B2B (Dealers, Distributors, Builders, Industries, Institutions) and B2C (Residential Customers) sales.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
• Required Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM software.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
• Experience in the solar, electrical, or renewable energy industry is preferred.
• Qualification:Graduate/Diploma (Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field)
• 1–5 years of sales experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.)
