Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager – Solar to drive business growth through strong lead generation, team leadership, and end-to-end sales management. The role requires someone who can build and lead a sales team, close high-value solar projects, and contribute strategically to business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•  Conduct regular market visits to generate direct leads and business opportunities

• Drive lead generation and develop new business opportunities in the solar market.

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

• Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.

• Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable solar deals.

• Train, mentor, and onboard new hires to build a high-performing sales team.

• Work closely with technical teams for proposals and project handovers.

• Contribute business ideas, market strategies, and growth initiatives.

Required Skills 

• Proven experience in solar/renewable energy sales with team-handling exposure.

• Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.

• Ability to manage targets, build teams, and scale business operations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with reporting.
